It's been a while I haven't share any appetizer with appetizing family, I know that a mind is a wonderful place with amazing ideas, but it can be a little lazy. What is Hummus? It is a classic dip from the Middle East and the Mediterranean made from chickpeas a.k.a. garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon, and some spices. Today I'm making homemade creamy Tahini which is easy to make and much less expensive than buying from the store. If you have checked the  Almond butter  recipe on my blog then you will find it easy. The process of making tahini is literally the same. In most situations, I serve a variety of snacks with my absolute favorite 4-ingredient dip i.e.   Coriander chutney,  it’s lemony, herby, and packed with asafoetida flavor and sometimes mint flavor.
