"Carrot fudge" is an authentic Indian dessert. As we all know, during the festive season we all eat lots of Indian sweets, especially on Diwali, we eat Kaju katli , Boondi ladoo, dry fruits, and other sweets. This Diwali, I prepared a very light and healthy dessert made up of carrots, almond milk, and condensed milk. This recipe is really delightful and nutritious too. (Recipe below) 👇 Carrot Fudge Ingredients 1 cup of almond milk. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. ( Nestle) 5 to 6 sliced almonds. (for garnishing) 1 tsp cardamom powder. 6 carrots (Grated). 2 tbsp clarified butter( ghee) Instructions Firstly, wash and grate all the carrots. Melt ghee in a saucepan over low -medium heat. Add grated carrots and saute in ghee for about 10 minutes. Add almond milk. Now, boil the mixture on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often to avoid burning.
