V egetable dumplings, they are known as Gyoza in Japan. Dumplings are one of my absolute favourite side dishes. My family adore Japanese and Chinese cuisine very much like Sushi, Chicken momos, potstickers so on... and I cherish with spicy chilli sauce and soy sauce.
