BEST HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
The best brownie recipe with a crispy top and gooey texture from inside, that melts in your mouth with a deep chocolate flavour. Believe me, these Pecan brownies our decadent and disappear in no time. I just love to bake good things over the weekend and these brownies are great for weeknight baking. This brownie recipe is so easy and delicious and far better than any ready to mix brownie pack. I promise you will never buy boxed brownie mix again.
INGREDIENTS
200 g semi-sweet dark chocolate
115 g butter
½ cup brown sugar
25 g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup of cocoa powder
10-15 Pecans to cover the top
DIRECTIONS (RECIPE OF BEST CHOCOLATE BROWNIES)
- Take a 7x7 inch square pan, grease the pan with butter and line the parchment paper.
- Now place a medium size pan with a 2 glass of water on medium heat (Bain Marie for chocolate ganache) then place a small pan onto the medium size pan to melt the chocolate
- Add chopped chocolate along with butter and stir until you get nice glossy ganache.
- Keep it aside to cool down.
- Meanwhile, add brown sugar, granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Mix well after each addition with the help of a whisk.
- Now pour the chocolate ganache onto the mixture along with vanilla essence and salt.
- Shift the AP flour and cocoa powder then gently fold with wet ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Shake and tap gently.
- Cover the top with pecans.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180°C.
- Take out the pan on a wire rack and keep it aside for about 10 minutes before serving.
- Cut into square pieces and serve along with tea or coffee.
